Either room is available for $100 per night, and the two rooms are available for $150 per night.

There is a single bathroom; if you rent one room the other room will not be rented to someone else.

On festival weekends $120/$180 with a two night minimum stay.

Listed prices do not include taxes.

If you reserve two rooms the availability/reservation web site will provide incorrect pricing information.  Not to worry.  It will be corrected.

Check-in time is 4 to 6 p.m.  Please contact us if you need to arrange a different time.  Check-out time is 11 a.m.

There is no smoking in the house or on the decks.
